The first ascent of the route “Choufterman” (IX+, 40m) was realized in 1995 by G. Torelli - T. Bousias.
The route was never completed in its entire planned length, so it is considered unfinished.
The line is located in the “Herod” section and starts between the “Dreams for sale” and “Pegasus” routes.
The attempt stopped at the first cavity, giving difficulties up to IX+, but it seems that from there on the difficulties increase. The section that has been completed is fully secured with bolts and hangers.
For repeating the route, only a full set quickdraws is required.
The return is done by rappelling from the same route.
