The route “Dream of exemption” (VI, 110m) was established in 1981 by D. Korres - D. Sotirakis.
The line is located in the “Firefly” section, between “Vasilopoulou” and “Firefly” routes. The start of the route is located above the springs of the stream.
On the 1st pitch (VI-) and the 2nd pitch (VI) we move almost parallel to “Firefly”. The 2nd pitch has a beautiful negative passage, not too difficult.
On the 3rd pitch (VI-) we go diagonally left and up, to meet the “Vasilopoulou” and continue on this route to the top.
On 29/4/1991, G. Makris - A. Theodoropoulos, added 4 additional pitches, from the 2nd belay and above. The pitches rated VI+, VI-, IV+, IV- respectively. Therefore, with this effort, we can head right from the 2nd relay and then upwards (VI+), in order to reach the top after 4 pitches, going almost parallel to the adjacent “Firefly” and making a total climb of 220m with a maximum difficulty of VI+.
The necessary gear for repeating the route are a series of nuts, some friends and slings.
The return after its completion is done by scrambling 50m further up and to the right, until we meet the red marks that lead us right and down to the rappels of “Tower” or “Kalidonische pfeiler”, from where with 2 rappels of 55m we reach the ground.
