The route “Theater of the absurd” (VIII+/IX- A1/A2, 300m) was completed and climbed in 2010 by G. Torelli - Th. Kitipis.
The line starts at the base of the lower pillar, left of the “Shadow theater”, with which it shares the traverse of the 5th pitch, and follows a dihedral left of the “Total recall” and right of the ridge.
The 1st pitch (VIII+/IX-, 40m) is equipped with 2 bolts, the 2nd pitch (55m) is easy, the 3rd pitch (VIII-, 35m) is equipped with 1 bolt, the 4th pitch is easy, the 5th pitch is common with the 5th pitch of “Shadow theater”, the 6th pitch (VIII- A1) is equipped with 7 bolts, the 7th pitch (VIII-) has an A1 at the beginning (done with 2 talons or a small cliff hanger) and is equipped with bolts, the 8th pitch (VIII-, 15m) needs a friend #5.
Necessary gear for its repetition is a series of nuts, a series of friends (up to Camalot #3), an additional friend (Camalot #5) for the 8th pitch as well as two talons or a small cliff hanger for the beginning of the 7th pitch.
